Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Chili

32 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned
15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
15 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
30 oz Tomato Products
15 oz Crushed Tomatoes
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 onion Yellow Onion
5 clove Garlic
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
4 oz Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Dipping Sauce

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Chili

  1. Brown ground chicken in pot over medium heat. Add diced vegetables (celery, onion, garlic, and carrot) and spices (5 Tbsp chili powder, 2 Tbsp cumin, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste) and sautee until translucent.

  2. Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, and rinsed kidney beans.

  3. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for approximately 1 hour.

  4. Serve with grated cheese (not included in calorie estimate).
