My version of a Hungry Girl recipe. Turned out super yummy!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Burgers

468 g boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup fiber one cereal
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cajun seasoning
67 g egg whites
15 g franks red hot sauce
1/4 cup franks red hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Burgers

  1. Wash and beat thighs, then put some clothes on and get to work on making dinner. : P

  2. Use meat cleaver to flatten chicken thighs.

  3. Process fiber one cereal and put into zip lock bag with seasoning and mix well.

  4. Mix egg white and first amount of franks red hot sauce.

  5. Dry chicken thighs, dip into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture and then place onto a greased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes then flip and bake another 8-10 minutes.

  7. Pour remainder hot sauce onto a plate and dip each piece of chicken into sauce.

  8. Serve on toasted buns with light miracle whip and lettuce. Tomato would be good too.
