1 pound ground chicken
1 egg yolk
3 taco shells, ground
1 t. onion, dried
2 T. garlic
3 T. hot sauce
1/4 cup blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Buffalo chicken balls

  1. add all ingredients

  2. mix well

  3. portion into equal balls

  4. spray muffin tin with Pam

  5. place balls in tin

  6. fill with blue cheese

  7. bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
