Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Burgers

1 1/10 lb ground buffalo
235 g zucchini, shredded
2 eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Burgers

  1. Shred zucchini, add ground buffalo, eggs, bread crumbs and seasoning.

  2. Form patties and pan fry until browned on both sides.

  3. Serve on a whole grain bun, with mashed potatoes, or veggies.
