Alton Brown's buff smoothie...my version.

Recipe Ingredients for Buff Smoothie 1

4 ounces pomegranate juice
4 ounces light soy milk
4 ounces banana
2 ounces peaches
2 ounces mango
4 ounces raspberries
4 ounces frozen cherries

Recipe Directions for Buff Smoothie 1

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender the night before, it'll make the mixing easier.

  2. In the morning start the blender on low, and move up to high...blending on high for a minute.
