1 cup Buckwheat
4 serving (king arthurs) whole wheat flour
3 Teaspoon Vinegar Malt
0.5 cup Olive Oil
1.5 cup Natural Spring Water
1 lime yields Lime Juice
2 tsp Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for buckwheat-whole wheat tortilla/wraps

  1. Mix up the dry ingredients

  2. Add the water, oliive oil, lime juice and baking powder.

  3. Using 4 ounce balls, roll each one out between parchment paper and cook for about 1.5 minutes a side or until cooked through
