Whole grain waffles - wheat & dairy free

Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Waffles

2 eggs
1 3/4 cups soy milk
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup ground flax seed
28 g oat bran
1/4 cup Brown Rice Flour Gluten Free
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
10 g Agave Nectar
1 pinch of salt

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Waffles

  1. Beat eggs with milk

  2. Add applesauce & vanilla

  3. Combine dry ingredients into bowl

  4. Add to wet, stir until combined

  5. Add to heat griddle

  6. Cook to golden brown
