Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Protein Pancakes

1 large Egg, Whole
3 serving central milling company buckwheat organic pancake
2 tbsp Buttery Spread with HeartRight

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Protein Pancakes

  1. Place 1 cup of central milling company buckwheat mix in a large bowl.

  2. Crack 1 large egg in mix.

  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of Smart Balance Buttery Spread in the microwave and add to mix.

  4. Pour in 2/3 cup of Almond Milk in the Mix.

  5. Pour in 1/4 cup of Sweet Potato Puree.

  6. Mix in 1/2 scoop of cytogainer protein powder.

  7. Mix all ingredients together.
