Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Pancakes

3/4 cup buckwheat flour
3/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Pancakes

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Beat all wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir gently until incorporated but still lumpy.

  4. Cook 1/4 cup pancake mix in a griddle at 350 degrees.

  5. Serve with sugar free syrup.
