Thin, breakfast pancakes/ crepes. Will be good with added fruit or applesauce

Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Pancakes

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 egg whites
1 cup soy milk, unsweetened
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Pancakes

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until fluid.

  2. Pour 2-4 tbsp at a time.

  3. Flip when batter is bubbley and starts to dry.
