Simplest form of Buckwheat Pancake recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Pancakes

1 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Egg, Beaten
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Margarine, Melted

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients until it reaches the consistency of normal pancake batter (this should require most of the wet ingredient mix). Cook on griddle at 375 degrees until the bottom is done and the middle bubbles. Then flip and cook until done.
