Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Pancakes

1 cup Buckwheat Flour
0.25 cup Applesauce
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Soymilk Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.66 cup, dry, yields Oats

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Pancakes

  1. Mix raw oats, cinnamon, baking soda, egg, applesauce and (soy)milk. Let the oats soften a few minutes.

  2. Add buckwheat flour and mix thoroughly.

  3. Use batter for pancakes or waffles.
