Gluten Free and no one will even know

Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat Pancakes GF

2 cups buckwheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup agave syrup
2 cup milk
2 tbsp canola oil

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat Pancakes GF

Whip eggs. Add other ingredients and blend only until mixed. (I add 1/2 tsp of stevia because we don't use syrup and like the cake sweeter.) Makes 8 large (6-7" ) pancakes. Sometimes we add blueberries.
