Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat with onions and carrots

0.4 cup Buckwheat
1 medium White Onion
2 carrot Carrots
10 mL Sunflower Oil Oleina

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat with onions and carrots

  1. 1. Roast buckwheat until it becomes dark brown.

  2. 2. Add water and boil buckwheat until it's ready.

  3. 3. Fry onion for about 4 min.

  4. 4. Add carrots and fry 5 more min.

  5. 5. Add boiled buckwheat.

  6. 6. Roast it all together, add spices.
