1 small Onions
2 clove Garlic
210 grams Turkey, Fryer-roasters, Breast, Meat Only
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 cup Buckwheat Groats, Roasted, Cooked
1 cup Vegetable Broth
1.5 tbsp Tomato Products
50 grams Spinach
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 serving Ground Fresh Chili Paste Sambal Oelek
1 mint Peppermint
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat (Lebanese)

  1. Cook onion and carlic on a pan.

  2. Add turkey and tomato. Cook 5 min.

  3. Add buckwheat and cook another 2-3 min.

  4. Add broth and cook for 5 min.

  5. Add all other components.

  6. Cook on a low heat until buckwheat is tender.
