Recipe Ingredients for buckwheat crepes

1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 egg
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
1 1/4 cup milk, almond light
1 tbsp light butter
1 1/2 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for buckwheat crepes

  1. melt butter

  2. mix all ingredients well.

  3. Spray pan and make crepes!
