3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
1/4 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 cup Organic Premium Coconut Milk
1 tsp Salt, Table

Mix all ingredients on a blender and store in the fridge for 2 hours. Then cook on a greased pan.
