Buckwheat breakfast with 1/2 apple and 1/4 c walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat breakfast

1/4 c. buckwheat groats
1 c. water
1/2 granny smith apple
1 dash salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. soy milk
1/4 c. walnuts

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat breakfast

Place first 5 ingediants in a microwavable bowl. Cook 2.5 minutes at 50%. Stir. Cook 2.5 minutes at 70%. Add milk and nuts.
