Recipe Directions for Buckwheat for breakfast

  1. Heat pan with olive oil.

  2. Cook buckwheat with egg until dry, stirring.

  3. Pour in two cups hot water.

  4. Add onion.

  5. Bring to boil.

  6. Lower heat and simmer until water boiled out.
