Recipe Ingredients for Buckwheat banana bread

1.25 cup Buckwheat
0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Pure Baking Soda
1.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.75 fl. oz (365( lite agave nectar
3 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
0.375 cup Shelled Walnuts
4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
9 oz FAGE Total 0%
1/2 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics

Recipe Directions for Buckwheat banana bread

  1. Mix up the dry ingredients

  2. Add the applesauce, yogurt, agave and eggs

  3. Stir in the mashed bananas

  4. Put in a 9" loaf pan (or can be put in muffin tins)

  5. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes (less for muffins)
