Recipe Ingredients for Buckies

30 grams Hellmann's Light Olive Oil Mayo
1 serving BREAD: St-Methode 9 Whole Grains (no salt, no sugar added) (per 2 slices)
1 serving Compliments Balance Omega 3 Eggs
2 serving NaturEgg Simply Egg Whites (1/4 cup = 1 egg)
60 grams Kraft Mozzarella Part Skim
20 grams Blue Menu Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Buckies

  1. Directions

  2. - make two toast

  3. - take 1 egg & 2 egg whites & scramble

  4. - spread mayo on two toast

  5. - place half cooked eggs on each of the two toasts

  6. - sprinkle 30g cheese on each toast

  7. - broil in oven until cheese melts and bubbles (30 to 45 seconds)
