Peanut Butter/Powdered Sugar balls dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and rolled in chopped peanuts

Recipe Ingredients for Buckeyes

2 lb Powdered Sugar
18 oz Peanut Butter
2 cups butter
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 lb Chopped Peanuts
20 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (Melted)

Recipe Directions for Buckeyes

  1. Melt butter

  2. Use mixer to mix butter, vanilla, peanut butter

  3. Mix in powdered sugar

  4. Form into 1 inch balls. Chill

  5. Chop up peanuts and melt chocolate chips

  6. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate

  7. Dip those in the peanuts

  8. Chill
