Ingredients: 1lb. Ground Beef 8 oz. Lasagna Noodles 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 32 oz. spagetti sauce 16 oz. cottage cheese 32 oz. shreded mozzerla 8 oz. baby portablella mushroom

Recipe Ingredients for Bub's Lasagna

243 grams Mushrooms, Portabella
30 grams Onions
973 grams Flavored with Meat Old World Style
16 oz Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
486 grams Cottage Cheese Lowfat Small Curd Grade A Pasteurized Dairy
8 oz(28 g) Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Milk Reduced Fat - Colby
8 oz Fancy Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Lasagna Enriched Macaroni Product
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Bub's Lasagna

  1. boil the lasagna noodles 8-10 mins., drain.

  2. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  3. in a large skillet, brown beef, onions, mushrooms, salt and garlic salt.

  4. drain beef mixture, return to skillet, add spagetti sauce. simmer to warm.

  5. Grease a 13x9 baking pan.

  6. place 3 strips of lasagna on bottom of 13x9 pan.

  7. coat with a 1/3 of the spagetti mixture.

  8. coat with a 1/3 of the cottage cheese, and shreded cheese.

  9. Repaeat for (3) layers total

  10. bake for 1 hr. let cool approx. 10 mins.
