Recipe Ingredients for Bubble Enchiladas

1 pound ground turkey
10 ounce enchilada sauce
8 ounce tomato sauce
462 g Biscuits, Plain Or Buttermilk, Commercially Baked
1 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Bubble Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Brown Turkey and drain juices if needed

  3. Pour and mix enchilada and tomato sauce over browned turkey.

  4. Cut refrigerated biscuits into fourths and stir into meat mixture.

  5. Dump into a greased 9X13 casserole pan and bake for 25 minutes.

  6. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.

  7. Let stand for 5 minutes.
