Pot pie from Thanksgiving leftovers. Can also be made with chicken

Recipe Ingredients for B's Turkey Pot Pie

2 Pie Crusts
3 cups Turkey, cooked, cubed
2 potatoes, cooked, cubed
2 cups mixed vegetables, frozen
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe Directions for B's Turkey Pot Pie

  1. Place 1 pie crust in bottom of deep dish pie pan.

  2. Cube potatoes and boil until done, but still firm.

  3. Mix together turkey, potatoes, vegetables, soups and seasonings until blended.

  4. Pour into pie dish.

  5. Cover with second pie crust.

  6. Cook at 350 for about 1 hour or until crust is golden brown and pie is bubbling.
