Recipe Ingredients for B's Shrimp Pasta

3 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Bowties Pasta
58 grams Lemons
1/2 cup Parsley
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
1 oz (20 halves) Pecans

Recipe Directions for B's Shrimp Pasta

  1. cook pasta in boiling water, drain under cold water. In large bowl add spinach leaves, tomato slices, cooled pasta and shrimp, pecans. sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.

  2. In blender or screw-top jar, combine dressing ingredients (garlic, olive oil, parsley and lemon juice)

  3. Add dressing to large bowl with pasta. Put lid on and shake.
