I made this up because I didn't have any sour cream and I wanted to avoid using butter when making them, so I improvised and used low fat or no fat dairy products. These are great with my mushroom gravy

Recipe Ingredients for B's nowhere to go potatoes

6 new potatoes
2 tablespoons fat free yogurt
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for B's nowhere to go potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes.

  2. Remove from pot and mash. Add yogurt and mash. Then add the cheese. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
