13 oz Strawberries
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.17 cup Blueberries
0.17 medium apple Apples
0.5 oz Cointreau

Recipe Directions for (Bryant) Strawberry Jam

Wash, cap, hull, and halve the strawberries. Place in a deep and heavy pot over medium heat. Add the Grand Marnier (listed above as Cointreau for caloric purposes) and sugar; mix well. Bring to a boil, add the blueberries and finely/small diced (peeled/cored) apple. Mix well, continue to boil until the mixture hits 220 degrees, or has reduced, darkened, and thickened to the point it looks much like hot jam. Allow to cool to room temp, refrigerate, eat it within 4-6 days.
