Stuffed Chicken Breasts in a portabella mushroomand cream cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Bryan'sStuffed Portabella, Chicken Stacks

11 oz chicken breast (2 Breasts)
6 oz Sausage (pork or beef)
150 grams spinach (frozen)
4 oz light cream cheese
1/4 cup onions (chopped)
1 cup mixed vegetable(1 tsp dried Soup Mix)
4 oz mushrooms(2 portabellas)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Bryan'sStuffed Portabella, Chicken Stacks

  1. In a large skilletadd olive oil and place ground sausage meat, onions,pepper,and veg flakesheat til meat is well done. Add the spinachand cook until heated.

  2. Pound out chicken breasts andspread mustard on evenly.Place 1/2 the mixture on each breast and fold over. Spreadcream cheese on inner side of mushrooms and place over breasts.

  3. Place on a oven proof pan and place in a preheated oven @ 335 degrees for 40-45 minutes and serve.
