Make the salad before cooking dinner leaving it time to marinate in order to break the coarseness of the fresh brusselsprouts. I never served this to anyone who didn\\\\\\\'t leave liking brusselsprouts - even dedicated opponants.

Recipe Ingredients for brusselsprouts salad

500 grams Brussels Sprouts
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit
1 1/2 tbsp Honey Squeezable
50 grams Almonds

Recipe Directions for brusselsprouts salad

  1. Cut the stem an remove the outer leafs of the brusselsprouts. Finely slice them.

  2. Cut the peel of the grapefruit revealing the flesh of the fruit and the cut up the fillets of the grapefruit Save the juice

  3. Squeeze the juice from the remains og the grapefruits in a small bowl

  4. Stir in the honey and oil

  5. Dress the salad and finally spread the chopped, toasted almonds on to.

  6. Leave to marinate for at least hour
