Traditional succotash with Brussels sprouts

Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts succotash

1 onion
1 T. olive oil
2 T. light cream
1 1/2 cups corn
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups Brussels sprouts
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts succotash

Sauté minced onion and corn in olive oil. Boil the b. sprouts and peas together. Add spices and cooked peas and sprouts. Drizzle light cream over it and simmer until sauce thickens. Serve very hot.
