Thinly sliced Brussels sprouts sauteed with onions and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts Saute

8 ounces Brussels Sprouts, sliced thin
45 3/5 g bacon, diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts Saute

  1. Wash and remove bottom of Brussels sprouts.

  2. Add oil to heated skillet, add diced bacon and saute until lightly browned, add onions and cook until lightly softened, add garlic and Brussels sprouts. Cover and cook until the sprouts are just tender.

  3. Finish with lemon juice if desired.
