Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts Salad

3 cup Brussels Sprouts
3 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
1/4 cup Raw Walnuts
0.25 cup Parmesan, Shredded
400 grams Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
4 tsp Horseradish Mustard

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts Salad

  1. Thinly slice brussels sprouts and radishes, place into a bowl. Chop walnuts and toast, add to salad; shred parmesan salad and measure 1/4 cup into the bowl.

  2. Whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard and pour over salad and mix. Serve immediately.
