Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts Roasted

30 raw brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 raw garlic cloves
2 tablespoons fresh marjoram
2 teaspoons unsalted butter

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts Roasted

  1. clean brussels sprouts, cut in half lenthwise

  2. toss with all ingredients but marjoram and butter

  3. place on baking tray with cut-side down

  4. cook in top 1/3 of oven at 425 fahrenheit (232 celsius) for 40 minutes or until they turn very dark brown

  5. toss with fresh marjoram and butter
