B. sprouts with garlic and Parmesan

Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprouts

16 oz Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp Smart Balance
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts

  1. Clean Brussels sprouts and remove outer leaves, if damaged. Cut in half. Cut each clove of garlic in half.

  2. Melt Smart Balance in pan large enough to hold B. Sprouts in single layer. Add B. Sprouts and garlic, all cut side down. Cover and cook until fork tender, about 10-12 minutes.

  3. Turn B. Sprouts over to brown a bit on the other side, remove from heat, add Parmesan, and enjoy!
