2 serving Value Spread
1 serving Baco Bits
12 oz Brussels Sprouts
0.5 serving Adam's Reserve Truffle Salt
0.5 serving Liquid Aminos

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts and Pea Mashers

  1. Cook both vegetables according to package directions. DO NOT drain the peas Add truffle salt and 1 tbs of the margarine to peas while cooking. Add Bacos into the peas and continue boiling for an additional minute. Add the cooked Brussels Sprouts, Bragg Aminos and some stevia. Using immersion Blender and puree
