1/2 tablespoon oil
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussels sprouts with onions

  1. Coat Pyrex with Pam

  2. arrange Brussels sprouts

  3. coat with olive oil

  4. coat with spices, salt, pepper

  5. coat with onions

  6. Set oven to Broil, low

  7. Broil for 5-10 minutes, or until sprouts are cooked and onions a little charred.

  8. if you cover with aluminum foil, sprouts become more tender.
