1 tbsp butter, softened
16 ounces brussels sprouts, trimmed
1 Salt
1 Pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprouts Braised in Butter

  1. Cook the Brussels sprouts in boiling salted water for 6 minutes. Remove to a colander and drain well.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Smear butter all over the inside of a casserole. Arrange sprouts in baking dish head side up, top with salt and pepper. Cover and bake 25 minutes, until the sprouts are tender.
