Recipe Ingredients for Brussels Sprout Hash

4 medium potatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb brussels sprouts, quartered
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussels Sprout Hash

  1. Saute onions and potatoes; sprinkle with salt and cover about 10 minutes.

  2. Add brussels sprouts and garlic; stir, sprinkle with salt and cover about 10 minutes.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, stir, cover and cook until potatoes are soft, about 20 minutes.
