Recipe Ingredients for BRUSSEL SPROUTS WTIH APPLE AND PORK

1 lbs BRUSSELS SPROUTS
19 g bacon, 3 slices
1 APPLE
2 tbsp SHALLOTS, MINCED
1 GARLIC CLOVE
1/4 c WHITE WINE
1/4 c FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH
1 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp PEPPER
1/4 c PARMESAN CHEESE
1 lb pork chops, cubed

Recipe Directions for BRUSSEL SPROUTS WTIH APPLE AND PORK

  1. Cut sprouts in half, then into shreds.

  2. Cook 3 slices bacon in lg skillet over med heat 8-10 min or until crisp; remove and drain, reserving 3 Tbsp drippings. Crumble bacon.

  3. Saute apple, shallots and garlic and chops in drippings over med-hi heat for 3 minutes. Stir in wine and next 3 ingredients, stirring to loosen particles from bottom of skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 min. Add sprouts, saute 8-10 mi until tender-crisp.

  4. Top with cheese an bacon.
