Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprouts salad

6 cups Brussels Sprouts
3 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons margarine
4 slices turkey bacon
2 ounces asiago cheese
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprouts salad

  1. shred the brussel sprouts in a chopper or food processor to your liking

  2. saute with butter, salt, pepper, garlic, just for a few moments, till slightly cooked

  3. cook and crumble the turkey bacon

  4. add bacon, balsamic vinegar, top with cheese and serve
