Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprouts

15 Brussel Sprouts (blanched and cut in half),
1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
1/4 c. Chopped Pecans,
1/2 Apple (small dice),
1/4 Onion (small dice),
3 T. Cloves Garlic (mince),
1 Carrot (small dice),
1/3 c. Apple Juice

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprouts

  1. Sweat onions and garlic in evoo,

  2. pecans, apple, carrot and juice.

  3. Heat together to form syrup and soften carrots and apples.

  4. Toss in brussel sprouts, heat and serve.
