A very different way of serving sprouts!

Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprouts with Pecans

16 oz brussel sprouts, frozen
1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth, low sodium
1 tsp lemon pepper

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprouts with Pecans

  1. Defrost brussel sprouts.

  2. Slice sprouts into 1/4" discs. Pat dry.

  3. Heat oil in medium skillet over med high heat.

  4. Saute sprouts in oil until heated through and a little soft.

  5. While sprouts are cooking, toast pecans either in dry skillet on stove or in oven.

  6. Chop pecans and add to sprouts.

  7. Add chicken broth and lemon pepper, let cook until all warm.

  8. Serve warm.
