Brussel Sprouts w/Pecans and Cranberries

Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprouts w/Pecans and Cranberries

6 cup Brussels Sprouts
6 oz Pecans, Dry Roasted
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
4 oz Dried Cranberries
1 serving Sherry
2 oz Bacon

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprouts w/Pecans and Cranberries

  1. Place dried cranberries in 1/2 cup of sherry and let stand for about 1 hour prior to preparing sprouts.

  2. Slice Brussel Sprouts with thin slicing blade in Food Processor.

  3. Place coarsely chopped pecans in fry pan under med. heat and heat until aromatic, add chopped bacon, butter and olive oil to pan and Saute for approx. 2 minutes. Add Sprouts and Saute until tender. Add cranberries and toss well and serve.
