Recipe Ingredients for Brussel sprouts with onions oven dish

650 grams brussel sprouts
250 grams onions
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
50 grams cheese

Recipe Directions for Brussel sprouts with onions oven dish

  1. Boil the sprouts for 8 minutes and drain them

  2. Bake the onions in the oil, preferably in a wok.

  3. Beat the eggs with the milk. Add seasonings to the mixture to taste (nutmeg, pepper, salt)

  4. Mix the sprouts with the onions and put them in a greased oven dish. scatter the cheese over the dish and pour the egg mixture on top.

  5. Bake the dishin a preheated oven (200 degrees celsius) untill the egg goes solid and the dish forms a goldenbrown crust.
