Sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Fennel Seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprouts with Fennel Seeds

1 lbs brussel sprouts
2 T coconut oil
1 t fennel seeds
1/2 medium onion
1 T lemon juice
1 t sea salt
2 T of water

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprouts with Fennel Seeds

Sautee coconut oil with onions and fennel seeds for about 1 minute. Throw in brussel sprouts and water. Cover for 3-5 minutes (or until brussel sprouts are cooked but still green). Stir occasionally. Uncover and cook off any remaining water. Add Lemon juice, walnuts and salt. Toss for another minute.
