Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Sprout Soup

40 brussel sprouts, cooked
4 cup chicken stock
2 cups water
3 garlic cloves
3 tbls onions, chopped
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 cup half and half
1 tablespoons butter
1 tbls olive oil
1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes
1/3 cup honey
2 cups curried red lentil soup

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprout Soup

  1. Cook Brussels sprout in water till tender 5 minutes.

  2. Put into blender and puree till smooth.

  3. Return back to pot and add rest of ingredients.

  4. Simmer 5 minutes stirring not to stick to bottom of pan.
