Put oil in a pan, add finely chopped garlic and onion and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, and boiled water as much as just above the ingredient's level. Average cooking time is 10-12 minutes. Serve cold and add add chopped parsley if you like.

440 gram brussel sprout
1 tbsp olive oil
1 big onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste (or you can use 2 chopped tomatoes)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice (hald lemon)
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp rice
