1 1/2 cups brussel sprouts extra virgin olive oil salt pepper 1/2 cup walnuts, rough chopped 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth 1/4 cup dried cranberries

0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 cup Raw Walnuts
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
0.25 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
0.5 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Brussel Sprout Salad

Chop brussel sprouts. Heat skillet & use just enough extra virgin olive oil to coat pan. Add bruseel sprouts and salt/pepper to taste & sautee about 3-5 mins. Add walnuts & sautee another 1-2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth & heat through. Stir in cranberries. Can be served hot or cold.
