Roasted brussel spouts with walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for Brussel Spout Roast

2 cup Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
1 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Brussel Spout Roast

  1. cut sprouts in half, put in a plastic bag with all the seasonings and oil, shake until coated

  2. spread in a pan and bake at 400 for 20 minutes (turn occasionally to keep from burning)
